From planning to implementation, we accompany demanding projects. At the Esslingen location, central organizational functions are consolidated. In this role, you support management and the teams in daily operations and coordinate processes across locations.

Technical support: assisting with tasks, conducting research, preparing proposals
Office management (e.g., answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, travel planning, etc.)
Support for branch management (project support, administrative tasks, research, quality management)
Preparation of proposals and presentations for bids
Support for other locations through digital communication and coordination

Ihr Profil

Successfully completed business apprenticeship (e.g., project administrator) or a comparable qualification
Ideally, experience in the construction or engineering field
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word • Structured and independent work style
Strong organizational and communication skills
Technical understanding and analytical thinking
Strong teamwork and communication skills
