Your application data will be collected and processed by us for the purpose of handling the application process (electronically if you send your application by email, by post if you send your application by mail). If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, your submitted data may be stored in your personnel file by us for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process, in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if a longer storage period is necessary due to legal requirements (for example, the burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our applicant database.
