Development of the Residential Area "Gödelmann II", Mönsheim

The municipality of Mönsheim implemented the development of the approximately 3.4 ha large building area Gödelmann II with a net building land of approximately 1.65 ha north of the existing building area Gödelmann I. The municipality of Mönsheim commissioned KBB GmbH with the building land development. The development planning was carried out by Ingenieurbüro Fritz Spieth. The new residential area had a longitudinal extension of approximately 270 m and a width extension of approximately 100 m in the east and approximately 140 m in the west.

The drainage was carried out in a modified combined system with a near-natural earth basin with approximately 260 m³ volume and a meandering drainage ditch. Along the L 1127, noise protection was implemented as a planted embankment with an attached noise barrier over a length of approximately 520 m. In addition, a cycle path was planned along the L 1177 on behalf of the municipality of Mönsheim. The implementation was planned for 2017/2018.
