Smooth handover
After completion of all work, the technical acceptance and handover of the property takes place.
During commissioning and handover, we at Spieth Ingenieure participate in monitoring and testing the corresponding performance and functionality. We also clarify the elimination of defects and any outstanding residual work to hand over a defect-free construction project to you.
The handover of correct revision documents, operating instructions, test protocols, and instruction documents is equally part of this, to secure all warranty and guarantee claims for you in the future.
Project flow structured and traceable
During the project duration, all required documents, calculations, plans, and certificates are created, reviewed, and documented. Adjustments during the project flow are made in coordination with the participants and are comprehensibly recorded. Upon project completion, the project-relevant documents are archived and are available for later inquiries.
