Acceptance of flood protection line in Speyer

The acceptance of the 1st construction phase of the flood protection line on the Erlus site of the former brickworks took place in Speyer. The first construction phase consists of a permanent flood protection line in the form of reinforced concrete head beams on a sheet pile wall as well as a temporary sheet pile wall, which will be removed after completion of the later neighbourhood development. The flood protection is partly ensured by anchor plates embedded in the reinforced concrete head beams for the installation of mobile flood protection elements.
