Development of infrastructure measures for municipal and private clients
Engineering services for urban water management and transport facilities (infrastructure)
Independent processing of work phases 6 to 9 of the HOAI
Participation in service phase 5
Preparation of cost calculations
Project management tasks
Establishing and developing customer contacts
Site management in the area of road construction and infrastructure measures
Independent handling of construction sites within the scope of site management
Monitoring and compliance with quality and deadline specifications
YOUR PROFILE
Completed bachelor's, diploma and/or master's degree in the field of civil engineering, possibly also civil engineer with professional experience
Several years of professional experience as a construction manager desirable
Preferably training as SiGe coordinator
Communicative, planning and organisational skills
Creativity, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
Customer orientation and reliability
Knowledge in the use of industry-standard specialist software
