Changes in corporate governance

Our shareholder and managing director Mr. Rainer Ludmann and our partner Mr. Gerhard Heubach resigned from their duties at Ingenieurbüro Fritz Spieth Beratende Ingenieure GmbH on 31 December 2019. Both partners had taken over the company in 1988 from the sons of the company founder Fritz Spieth and continuously developed it further.

Mr Georg Heubach, Mr Achim Schmielau, Mr Bernd Schulz and Mr Georg Thier succeeded them as partners on 01.01.2020. With immediate effect, the previous management is supplemented by Mr Bernd Schulz and Mr Georg Heubach supports the management as a further authorised signatory.
