Communication in the project environment

In today's world, where projects are becoming increasingly complex, effective communication in the project environment is of the utmost importance. After all, without clear and efficient communication, projects can easily stall and even fail. But how can we strengthen our communication skills and ensure that we are successful in the project environment?

Our CAD-KiT workshop in November addressed this very topic and offered our participants the perfect opportunity to learn and improve these skills. The workshop offered a variety of exercises aimed at capturing the different aspects of communication in the project environment. From improving verbal and non-verbal communication to developing more effective presentation and persuasion techniques.
