Congratulations!

After 6 months of intensive work, Daniel Urban has successfully completed his Master's thesis at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences. The topic of his master's thesis was: "Construction process management in a planning office for infrastructure construction". With the help of the lean philosophy, Daniel developed various process optimisations for parts of the process landscape that increase the company's efficiency and strengthen its competitiveness.

His mentor, Benjamin Bär, is proud of his protégé and, together with the entire Spieth team, is delighted that the newly qualified project engineer is now actively supporting us as an all-rounder in the area of infrastructure.
