Health day at Spieth

On 12 March 2018, the engineering office Fritz Spieth organised a health day at the company together with the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance fund. Health experts from Techniker Krankenkasse carried out muscle tone measurements on the employees of the engineering office and informed them during a lecture on "Ergo-Dynamik - Der bewegte Arbeitsalltag" how they can bring more movement into their everyday working life. The lecture met with great interest among the staff, which is why a "vital break" will be held once a week in future for employees who enjoy exercise.
