Girls' Day 2024

What does the day-to-day work of a civil engineer or draughtsman in a civil engineering office look like? How do the surveying instruments that you constantly see somewhere on the side of the road or in the field work?

At this year's Girls' Day, two schoolgirls were given the opportunity to get to the bottom of these questions. Our colleagues at Spieth gave them extensive insights into their day-to-day work. The schoolgirls were even allowed to operate a surveying device themselves and accompanied one of our engineers on a site visit.
