The tasks of a project manager are multifaceted, associated with great responsibility and largely company-specific. And it is precisely here that our company sees an approach to specifically promote young talents from our own ranks through an internal, practical development programme and to prepare them for their new tasks as project managers.

Our development programme consists of several workshops that impart effective knowledge and enable individual learning. With the support of experienced mentors, our future project managers have the opportunity to build up their professional, methodological, social and personal skills that will enable them to successfully carry out future client and contract projects.
