PLiT development program 2021/2022 successfully completed

Six employees have successfully completed the first Spieth development program "Project Leaders in Training (PLiT)". At a final workshop in the Kraxl Alm in Rutesheim, the participants described their impressions, gave feedback, exchanged thoughts and received their certificate at the end of the workshop. After the workshop, the team went to the amusement park in Rutesheim, where they solved tasks together in an outdoor escape game and proved their climbing skills in the high ropes course. The day ended with a delicious meal at the Kraxl Alm adventure restaurant.
